In an interview with a Unitarian, well know atheist author and speaker answers a question and nails down some of the most practical theology that the Church needs to hear. Hitchens states: “I would say that if you don’t believe that Jesus of Nazareth was the Christ and Messiah, and that he rose again from the dead and by his sacrifice our sins are forgiven, you’re really not in any meaningful sense a Christian.”
I would say: He got that right! He hit it out of the park. You cannot separate faith and practice. Put your money where your mouth is. Put up or shut up. It is not Jesus plus anything. It is Jesus Christ alone!
Well said, Mr. Athiest!
