The word stability is defined by itself.  The state or quality of being stable.  Continuance without Change.   That reality can only be found in one word…in ONE NAME….the name of JESUS.  He is the same yesterday, today and forever.  He arrived in a ‘stable’ and He alone can provide a ‘stable’ life.

Today, change is the only constant that we can count on.  Culture is changing at a rapid pace.  Some of that change is progress and some is moral decline.

People are searching for stability.   How can the Christmas song ring true?  “The weary world rejoices.”   Our hope comes from an eternal and loving God who longs to have a relationship with his creation.

Scripture is clear.   “Remember your leaders who spoke the Word of God to you.  Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.  Jesus is the same yesterday and today and forever.   Hebrews 13:7,8

The prophet Isaiah says, “Trust in the Lord forever, For in God the Lord, we have an everlasting Rock.”  Isaiah 26:4

This Christmas if you are looking for peace and stability I invite you into a personal relationship with your creator and savior.   His name is Jesus.  In Him alone there is life and stability.

“He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will remain secure and rest in the shadow of the Almighty.” Psalm 91:1.

The world needs a ‘stable’ influence.  God has provided stability by giving the most amazing gift, His one and only Son, Jesus.   Do you know Him?   Put your faith and trust in Jesus today.  He is the reason for this season.  He is the hope of the world.  He is the light of the world.  He is the stability you and our world needs.

Merry Christmas
